Garfield vs O'Dea Recap
Aaron Orbeck
The Bulldogs lost a tough game against O’Dea 74-85. This loss puts the Bulldog’s record at a solid three wins and two losses.
Garfield started off strong and was in the lead going into the half. However, O’Dea came out strong in the second half and quickly scored 16 unanswered points in the 3rd quarter. O’Dea’s run ended up being all they needed because although Garfield started to score more later in the game, the gap created by O’Dea was simply too great to overcome. Koren Johnson led the scoring for Garfield with 28 points.
While this game didn’t go the way the Bulldogs wanted, they’ll have a chance to bounce back on May 19th in their game against Nathan Hale.
